When you submit the application form on our website, we collect:

• Current education level
• Preferred contact method
• Program of interest
• Desired intake (semester)

2. Why we collect it

We use this information solely to contact you about your application and to provide guidance on studying in Georgia (university selection, visa assistance, accommodation, and arrival support). We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent, given by checking the consent box before submitting the form.

4. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc., our hosting and forms provider. Netlify may store data on servers located outside your country of residence. Access to submissions is restricted to Cari2Ge staff who need it to respond to your application.

5. How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as necessary to process your application and provide follow-up support, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Your rights

7. Minors

Our services may be used by prospective students who are minors (under 18). If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or legal guardian's permission before submitting your information to us, and by submitting the form you confirm that such permission has been obtained. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of a minor's data.

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function (if any) may be set.
